When ordering fabric you have two options. The option on the left (not all fabric has fat quarter option) is for ordering a fat quarter. Use this option only if you want a fat quarter and not any yardage. The other option is to order yardage. Use the boxes on the right of the screen for ordering whole and fractional quantities of a fabric. For example, if you want 1-1/2 yards of a fabric type in the number 1 in the quantity box and use the drop down next to it to select 1/2. Click add to basket. If you are purchasing a fat quarter leave the yardage option on the right blank and select fat quarter from the drop down on the left of the screen. Click add to basket.
